Philodendron 'Florida Ghost'
This super rare Philodendron Florida Ghost would be an exciting addition to any collection! New leaves come out as pure white/cream/pale green to then transform to lime green followed by green in a week or so. It is a climbing Philodendron that will appreciate a pole to grow on!
Philodendron Florida Ghost is a climbing plant, therefore it would be a great idea to attach it to a plant support or letting it grow over a plant stake.
We highly recommend repotting this plant in spring time into a well draining potting mix, ideally with addition of bark, perlite and activated charcoal.
All plants are similar in size and come in 4 inch nursery pot. Repot only into a high quality well draining potting mix (like our aroid mix).
• Light: Bright, indirect light.
• Water: Allow potting mix to dry out before watering. Soil about 1-2 inches down should be dry to touch. Water more frequently during warmer months and fertilize during the growing season. Generally, the plant will droop to show that it needs more water. Do not overwater or keep the soil wet for too long, as this will encourage root rot.
• Considerations: Planting in a fast draining potting mix ideally with bark, perlite and activated charcoal. Average humidity is fine, however the higher the humidity the more lush the plant will be.
